Meet Our Team

Personal Home Healthcare and Hospice was revamped to increase support for patients in need of care throughout the community. Under new ownership and leadership, we have a brand new staff that is highly trained and professional.

We have increased our clinical staff accessibility within a 60-mile coverage to provide our professional services for more patients. Our 24-hour on-call service makes immediate care readily available. We are here to show our patients that they matter, and we will do everything we can to help them.

Our Home Health & Hospice Clinical Staff

Our Home Health Team includes nurses and aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and licensed social workers. The medical director is Dr. Kevin Musto.

Our Hospice team includes registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, bereavement, volunteers, and Chaplain. The medical director is Dr. Darlene Dunay.
